If you no longer have access to the cell phone number registered to your MAPCLUB account, the verification process with OTP Code can be sent through your email address, and also same thing happen when you don’t have access to your email, then verification of OTP Code can be sent to cellphone number

MAPCLUB Points can be used for full or partial payments (Points + other payment methods) at brand stores or online at MAPCLUB. Choose the ‘Pay with MAPCLUB Points’ option at checkout on mapclub.com or show your MAPCLUB Digital Card in the MAPCLUB App to the cashier when making a purchase. The value of 1 MAPCLUB Point is equivalent to 1 Rupiah.

Via ATM

• Choose the ‘Payment/Purchase’ menu
• Choose ‘Others’ until you find ‘E-Commerce’
• Input MAPCLUB Company Code 89022, then select ‘Correct’
• Input Mandiri Virtual Account (MVA) number, e.g., 89022XXXXXXXX, then select ‘Correct’
• Input your total payment amount (e.g., RpXXXXXXXX), then choose ‘Correct’
• Check the confirmation screen for the MVA Number, Name, and payment total
• Press 1 and select ‘Yes’
• Confirm your payment by selecting ‘Yes’

Via Teller

• Get a deposit form, then fill out the following data:
• Account number: Mandiri Virtual Account Number (e.g., 89022XXXXXXXX)
• Account name: MAPCLUB user account name
• Berita column: Fill in your name
• Fill in the date, check the currency ‘Rupiah’, and fill in your payment amount
• Name and Address must be filled by the customer
• Take the completed form to the bank and make a cash deposit with the bank teller
• Keep a copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment

Via Internet Banking

• Go to https://www.bankmandiri.co.id and log in to your account
• Click on ‘Pembayaran’ then choose ‘Multipayment’
• Under the ‘Penyedia Jasa’ column, select:
• ‘Doku Merchant’ for VA starting with 89022
• ‘DOKU VA Agregator’ for VA starting with 88899
• Input the 16-digit Mandiri Virtual Account
• Input the total payment amount
• Input a description for the payment, then click ‘Next’
• Make sure everything is in order, then click ‘Konfirmasi’
• In your Mandiri Handphone App, select ‘Transaksi Tertunda’
• Choose the transaction you want to confirm, review the payment details, then select ‘Setuju’
• Input your Mandiri MPIN to confirm the payment

Via Mandiri Mobile Banking

• Open the Mandiri Mobile Banking App
• Log in with your Mandiri Mobile Banking account
• Choose the ‘Bayar’ menu
• Choose ‘Lainnya’
• Select payment provider:
