How can I register to become a member of MAPCLUB?
Please create your MAPCLUB account/membership from the app or www.mapclub.com.
• Click the ‘Login or Register’ menu
• Enter your cell phone number. Make sure the number is active and connected to the WhatsApp application so you can receive the OTP code
• Fill in your personal data
• You can also use the ‘Continue with Apple’, ‘Continue with Google’, or ‘Continue with Facebook’ features for a faster registration process
• Make sure the cell phone number and email address used have never been registered so you can enjoy special member benefits and MAPCLUB Points reward
Can I register as a MAPCLUB member at the store?
Yes, you can. Please register at any stores that are affiliated with the MAP Group using these steps:
• Scan the MAPCLUB member registration QR code at the stores or cashiers
• Fill in your personal data: name, cell phone number, email, date of birth, gender and your address
• Download the MAPCLUB Application to activate your membership

I have more than one MAPCLUB account with different email addresses and cell phone numbers. Can it be combined?
Merging accounts, transferring data and transferring your MAPCLUB Points rewards cannot be done if you have more than one account. Currently, MAPCLUB membership is recorded based on cell phone numbers and email addresses.

What is an OTP code?
An OTP (One-Time Password) code is a password that is only valid for one-time use. An OTP code is used to maintain your account security with strong authentication support.
An OTP code will be sent via WhatsApp to the cellphone number registered in the MAPCLUB member’s account when a request to change data, password or delete an account occurs.
